We do our best to use comfortable, wearable materials, but everyone’s sensitivity is different. If you have allergies or sensitive ears, please reach out before ordering and we’ll help you choose the best option. Email us anytime at info@busybeecreations.online.

Processing time is 3–7 business days for most orders (longer during launches or holidays). We ship through USPS/UPS, and once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Because our items are handmade or made-to-order, all sales are final.

But if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost. Just email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • A photo of the issue
