Processing Time

Most orders ship within 3–7 business days. During launches or holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Methods

We ship through USPS/UPS. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number sent to your email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact USPS/UPS directly. We are happy to assist where we can.

Incorrect Address

If the shipping address entered at checkout is incorrect, we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address. Please double-check before placing your order.
